Resolved - Between 19:30 and 19:50 UTC, our Engineering teams saw a burst of errors impacting the Manage Dashboard. During the impact window, the affected users may have experienced intermittent timeouts and 5xx error codes. End-users may also experience silent failures during the login process or see an error message when attempting to complete the Auth Challenge CAPTCHA on their login page. The errors have subsided at this time, and no action is required from our customer. Our preliminary investigations point towards a network infrastructure-related issue. We are conducting a root cause analysis to understand the underlying reasons for the recent incidents for this service. We sincerely apologize for the impact this had on you and your users.
