We have identified and resolved an issue that delayed our Inbound Processing. Messages were received, though were processed slower than expected. We have a fix in place and processing of new Inbound requests has returned to normal. We're still experiencing slight delays in processing retries of inbound requests. Outbound sending via SMTP/API is not impacted. - Dec 72023

Starting around 8:00PM ET outbound sending and webhooks became delayed. However, sending and webhooks have resumed around 8:34PM ET. Messages were successfully queued during that time and are now being sent out. We'll continue to monitor and update once fully resolved.
