    Issues with Meta services

    Lasted about 3 hours

    We have identified an increase in error rates across multiple Meta services starting at 12:52 pm ET. The following services are impacted: - Whatsapp Messages - All outbound messages are impacted. - WhatsApp Templates - Dashboard Users may experience errors in loading message template lists in the WhatsApp composer - Facebook Audience Sync - delays and errors in processing Facebook Audience Sync events. We will continue to monitor error rates, and have reached out to Meta to investigate the scope and impact.

    SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, is experiencing an incident in the EU region. As a result, Braze is currently observing an increase in message-sending latency for emails via SparkPost. All Braze’s systems are within normal operating bounds. We have escalated the issue to senior members of the SparkPost support team and are awaiting further information. SparkPost has confirmed via its status page (https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/t987cly748ll) that it is “seeing improvements in message processing. No messages are lost.”

    SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, has reported an incident causing HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links affecting US-hosted customers. They have posted the incident to their statuspage here: https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/fd43ysp7l54t Braze has escalated the issue and we are awaiting further updates from SparkPost.
