We are currently experiencing an unexpected interruption to service for both our mobile apps and our web app. Our Engineering Team is actively working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. One of our payment processors is experiencing intermittent issues which is causing a delay with finalising the transaction status for outgoing transactions. In turn this means that some outgoing cryptocurrency payments are experiencing delays leaving CoinJar accounts. We are actively investigating this issue. This affects all of our supported ERC-20 tokens. CoinJar's Australian card product is currently experiencing issues with card limits not being applied as expected. Impacted services: * Card transactions may be declined if the individual transaction is over valued at $1000 AUD or higher. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are working hard to restore the card limits to their original parameters so that transactions over $1000 are processed as expected. - Apr 162024

Our Ethereum Network payment processor experienced unexpected downtime on 16/04/2024 which has caused a backlog of outgoing cryptocurrency transfers that are awaiting confirmation. We are working with our payment processor to push through the queued transactions, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
