We are aware that Amazon Web Services has experienced a widespread outage (https://status.aws.amazon.com/) that may affect the performance of our API, and there may be delays with webhooks. The service is recovering but it may still take a few hours to be back completely to normal. The Current RMS application should still be operating normally but please be patient as you may see some actions take a little longer than usual, or possibly receive an error. We'll update you if anything changes. - Jul 282020

Our infrastructure partner, Amazon, are having intermittent problems with DNS lookups. Current RMS is operating normally, but you might notice that some tasks that involve communicating with other platforms might take a while to complete or give you an error. For example: • Accessing the Xero or QBO integrations page, working with linked organizations, posting invoices, or taking payments. • Updating your account or billing details in System Setup > Billing Information. Amazon AWS are working on the problem. We’re monitoring the situation and will post back when they’re running as normal again.
