    Slow IDE sessions

    Lasted about 2 hours

    Customers hosted on https://cloud.getdbt.com/ may be experiencing slowness in the IDE. Engineering has identified this issue; we'll be rolling out a fix shortly. If you see this issue, feel free to submit a support ticket.
  • May 32024
    We have identified an issue causing runs to display the error message: "Internal error. Please retry the run, or contact support if failures persist.". Note that this error message has been observed on failed and successful runs. We recommend validating the run status before rerunning. We have identified the issue and a fix is being implemented, and we will provide an update shortly. Thanks for your patience.

    If a customer has dbt Cloud hosted on a single tenant instance and an account admin sees a 'SSO Update Required' message, this can be disregarded. No action is needed at this time.
  • Apr 302024
    We have had multiple reports of a "Unable to complete git action" error when loading the Project in the IDE. We are currently investigating the cause and hope to have a further update soon.
