    We have currently identified an issue where emails from both DonorPerfect and Online Forms are being blocked from being delivered to Microsoft emails (Hotmail, Outlook, Live, etc.). We have been working with our email provider closely to resolve this. This is a high priority issue that we are monitoring closely. We apologize for any inconvenience and will keep you updated here.

    We are currently investigating an issue where some confirmation emails are not sending from Online Forms both Classic and New (Drag-n-Drop). We are seeing incidents primarily where the BCC email does not send. This is a high priority issue and we are actively researching and trying to resolve this. As soon as we have more information we will post here.

    We are currently investigating delays with the downloading of processed gifts from DonorPerfect Online Forms, the processing of Monthly Giving batches, and the immediate sending of emailed or scheduled reports. We are working hard to identify the root cause of these issues. If you have a monthly giving batch that is currently showing a status of pending, please do not attempt to reprocess it at this time.     Delay in Emails Being Delivered

    We are currently investigating a delivery delay for some emails sent through DonorPerfect and our suite of products. Please know that our team is working hard to identify the root cause and resolve this delay. If you are not currently receiving an email with the MFA Code, please do not request further codes. Please contact our support department, where we can assist you and provide you with the steps to log in to DP. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated here
