Recent Elastic Cloud Outages and Issues

    We have detected issues that may be preventing deployment creation, deletion, and management for existing Azure Marketplace customers, as well as issues for new customer signups. Data ingestion for existing deployments is not impacted. Customers can log into Elasticsearch console to manage deployments as an alternative. We will provide an update within the next hour.

    We identified an issue with the Heroku integration. Currently customers using it cannot SSO into Elastic Cloud UI. It is still possible to perform admin operation from the Heroku UI. Newly created clusters cannot be accessed right now. Existing clusters are not impacted.

    We have detected issues that may be preventing deployment creations for some GCP marketplace customers. Our Engineers have identified the root cause and are working on a fix. The next update will be within the next hour.
