    Delayed bank withdrawals

    Lasted about 1 hour

    We have identified an issue that may cause some delayed bank withdrawals to some of our customers in South Africa, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We are working on this as a priority.

    Please note that our banking partner will be acknowledging the public holiday on 9 May 2024, therefore they will not be processing EUR payments. This means any EUR withdrawals from Luno that we send to the bank won’t be processed by them until 10 May 2024. Please note that this only applies to EUR withdrawals.     We're aware of an issue causing degraded performance and increased error rates across all services on Luno. Web, Android & iOS as well as the API are affected. The issue has been identified, we'll have a fix out as soon as possible.
