Intermittent 404 errors while using Tracker

We've significantly reduced the rate at which you might see messages forcing you to click Reload. Having done as much as we can to work around the underlying issue, to prevent you from seeing that and losing data, we're continuing to work with the Google Cloud Platform team to get the root cause fixed.
