    Some customers are currently unable to save Invoices in their QuickBooks Self Employed account due to error "We can’t save your invoice right now. Try refreshing the page and creating the invoice again". We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon.

    Some of our QuickBooks Merchant Account customers are currently unable to process credit card transactions inside of QuickBooks Desktop. We are working to identify the source of the problem. We’ll share updates on our progress. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon! As a workaround you can try processing your payments directly through the Merchant Service Center https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/

    We are aware, a subset of QBO customers are experiencing an issue where "all figures show as 0 despite transactions being present in the VAT period".     Some QuickBooks Core Payroll customers are experiencing errors when making a Full Payment Submission (FPS) in product . Payroll engineering team are currently investigating into the root cause of the issue. All other functionality in Core Payroll is working as expected.
