    From 12:56 PM to 3:19 PM Pacific time, SentiLink customer-facingservices experienced an interruption due to unforeseen technicalissues with a production database. Our database, crucial for customer operations, encountered increased memory usage leading to sporadic disruptions. The high memory usage was itself triggered by an issue with the underlying database operating system. These issues resulted in a range of service anomalies over the degradation window, from delayed responses to outright query failures.
