Our on-call engineer promptly addressed the issue by scaling down and back up our nodes, restoring full functionality. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. We are currently seeing the reoccurrence with the Postmark API causing delays with email notifications. Customers who use the email provided by Sorry™ or have integrated directly with Postmark will see notifications delayed. Our friends over at Postmark are also aware and investigating as per their [status page](https://status.postmarkapp.com/notices/fkoaumapzg2ne1uw-service-issues-api-returning-intermittent-errors). Once we have more information, we shall update this incident.
