Recent Sucuri Outages and Issues

    Our network monitoring tools have detected some intermittent network issues impacting one of our EU POPs that has resulted in degraded performance. The issue looks to be localized being the region currently impacted. Our network engineering team are continuing to investigate the issue and we will post further updates once we have more detailed information. We hope to have the issue resolved shortly and we apologize for any trouble experienced.

    Our sitecheck.sucuri.net service is currently down. We are investigating the cause with AWS and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share. Note that our Firewall, Monitoring and Backup products are unaffected and operating normally. The issue only impacts sucuri sitecheck feature.

    We're aware of an issue with the uptime monitoring and notification platform which is causing downtime alerts to be sent in error. Our engineers are working to address this issue - if you are not experiencing any issues with your site, you can safely ignore any downtime alerts received at this time.

    One of our upstream providers is currently experiencing technical difficulties and this has impacted our monitor3 service. The provider is already aware of the issue and is working to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. Once the issue has been fixed and service has been restored, we will update the status here to confirm everything is back to normal. We apologize for the trouble experienced.
