    We are seeing an issue where selecting a submission in the portal can result in an error: "Error message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')". We can reproduce this and are working on a fix now

    We are looking into a potential issue where the Zipwhip Toll Free Verification Portal may be incorrectly sending submission update webhooks. These webhooks would be sent immediately before a submission is Resolved - Verified or Resolved - Not Verified. The impact of this issue is that you will errantly receive a webhook for an update in the Opt In Image URL field We will update here as soon as we have resolved any issues

    Due to sustained high traffic on the US carrier networks, we are currently experiencing SMS delivery delays to Altice Network in the US for Twilio Toll-Free numbers. Messages are queued due to capacity shortage, and customers may see delays when sending to certain US carriers. We are actively working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue, and we will provide another update as soon as we have any new information to share.
